NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID
WHO CAN APPLY FOR NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID?
Need-based financial aid is available to:
- Applicants recommended by the Admissions Office (those who have passed the AUCA entrance exams and applied through the Admissions Office)
- Students with full-time status
- Students demonstrating financial need
- Citizens of CIS countries
HOW TO APPLY FOR NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID?

Complete the Financial Aid Application Form
Fill out the designated form for need-based financial aid for the 2025–2026 academic year

Provide Supporting Documents
Submit all documents confirming your financial situation

Submit Documents via Email or In-Person
- Students from Bishkek are required to submit their documents in person to the Financial Aid Office
- Students from regions or other countries may send their application packages via email to finaid@auca.kg. Original documents must be provided upon arrival at AUCA
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Maximum Aid: The maximum need-based financial aid available is 40% of tuition cost
- Duration: Financial aid is provided for up to eight semesters (four academic years)
- Deadlines: All required documents must be submitted along with the financial aid application form to the Financial Aid Office by the specified deadlines. Late submissions will not be accepted
- Missed Deadline Policy: If the deadline is missed, students may reapply for financial aid in the following academic year, provided they maintain a GPA of at least 2.7 and full-time status
- Notification of Results: Results will be communicated via the email address provided in the application form
