Dr. Jildiz Nicharapova is an Associate Professor in the Liberal Arts and Sciences department at the 촽ֱ. She holds a doctorate in Political Science from the Institute of Political Science (Sciences-Po Aix) of the University Aix-Marseille (2014, France), a master’s degree in Comparative Politics from the same university (2009, France), and a specialized degree with an excellent mention in International Relations from Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University (2008, Kyrgyzstan).
Dr. Jildiz Nicharapova joined AUCA in 2015 as a Research Assistant to the Vice-President for Research and was the Head of the Research Office of AUCA from 2016-2019. She was an Associate Professor at AUCA from 2016 to 2019 at the International and Comparative Politics and European Studies departments of AUCA (part-time). She also worked as a Director for Academic Affairs at the Technical School of Innovation of AUCA (2019-2022). She rejoined AUCA in 2023 as an Associate Professor and teaches Modern Europe, European Integration and External Relations, Sociology of Development, Research Methods, Design Thinking and Social Innovation, and Globalization and Social Sciences courses.
